Multi-Hardwood Trivet
Hand-crafted, solid hardwood Trivet, ideal to protect your kitchen worktops from a hot pan or small oven dish. Made from a selection of hardwoods (walnut, ash, padauk, wenge, mango, and oak are used in different 4 – 5 wood combinations). This brings out the wonderful colour variety. Individually cut, glued, planed, sanded, and treated with food safe wood oil. Comes with attached underside grip pads.
We source most of our wood locally and occasionally from small wood mills we find here in the UK. We also like to use upcycled/repurposed wood whenever possible from other items that would have been thrown away. Sometimes bringing back to life some unusual and rare wood combinations.
